Kitui East parliamentary hopeful Henry Nyamai has urged residents to elect leaders with a proven track record of delivering tangible development, warning against politicians who make empty promises.
Nyamai spoke on Sunday, August 16, 2026, when he hosted Kitui Central MP Dr. Makali Mulu, CBS, at AIC Masasini in Mutito-Kaliku Ward, Kitui East Constituency, where the two leaders worshipped together.
In his address, Nyamai continued to seek support for his parliamentary bid, telling residents that Kitui’s future depends on electing leaders capable of turning their promises into meaningful projects and services.
He urged voters to assess leaders based on their development record, emphasizing the need for accountable and results-oriented representation.
Nyamai is seeking to succeed the incumbent Kitui East MP in the 2027 General Election, as political activity continues to gain momentum across the constituency.
