Hon. Mark Kitute Nding’o Hands Over New Four-Door Pit Latrine to Kyainya Community in Kitui Rural

Hon. Mark Kitute Nding’o, Member of County Assembly (MCA) for Yatta/Kwa Vonza Ward, has handed over a completed four-door pit latrine project to residents of Kyainya in Ilika Village, Kitui Rural. The facility is expected to improve sanitation standards and provide a safer and more hygienic environment for members of the community.

The project was funded by the County Government of Kitui and implemented under the leadership of Governor Julius Malombe as part of ongoing efforts to improve access to basic public amenities across local communities. Residents welcomed the completion of the project, noting that it will greatly enhance public health and sanitation within the area.

Speaking during the handover, Hon. Mark Kitute Nding’o reaffirmed his commitment to supporting development initiatives aimed at uplifting the welfare of residents. He emphasized the importance of investing in community projects that directly impact people’s lives and praised the county government for prioritizing service delivery and development at the grassroots level.
