Kennedy Mwendwa Kalali has officially declared his bid for the Mulango Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat in the 2027 General Election on the Wiper Patriotic Front ticket. His entry into the race adds to the growing list of aspirants positioning themselves early for the upcoming polls in Kitui County.
Kalali is campaigning on a manifesto centered on four key pillars: Dedicated Leadership, Sustainable Development, Transparency, and Maturity. His campaign also champions the ideals of Teamwork, Unity, and Progress, under the rallying call, “Together, Let’s Build a Better Mulango Ward.” The message reflects his commitment to accountable leadership, inclusive development, and improved service delivery for residents of the ward.
A seasoned strategic management professional and entrepreneur, Kalali brings extensive experience in corporate governance, leadership, and strategic management. He also serves as a part-time lecturer at KCA University in the School of Business, where he mentors and equips future business leaders. His blend of academic expertise and practical management experience forms the foundation of his leadership agenda as he seeks the support of Mulango Ward voters ahead of the 2027 General Election.
