Mp Nimrod MBAI sends Message to his opponents ahead of 2027

Mp Nimrod Mbai Eyes 30,000 Votes victory in 2027

Kitui East Member of Parliament Hon. Nimrod Mbai has launched a strong political message ahead of the 2027 elections, declaring that his political movement remains dominant and ready for another major victory. Addressing supporters, Mbai said the “Mbaya Mbaya Liberation Movement” had transformed the constituency and continued to enjoy overwhelming support among residents.

The legislator said his decision to leave employment and venture into politics was driven by what he described as long-standing injustice and inequality affecting people from the Lower East region. He stated that despite having young children and family responsibilities at the time, he made what he termed a personal sacrifice in pursuit of political change.

Mbai argued that since its formation, the movement had maintained a winning record and had never lost an election. According to him, the political outfit would continue its dominance in the 2027 General Election and strengthen its influence across the constituency.

In a direct attack on previous leadership, the MP accused former political rivals of presiding over serious injustices against residents of Lower East. He claimed that the era of marginalization had come to an end and that his administration had reversed decisions that he believed disadvantaged sections of the constituency.

Among the achievements highlighted by Mbai was the return of government offices that had allegedly been moved from their original locations. He said services had been restored closer to residents and insisted that communities had regained institutions they considered important to local development.

On security matters, the MP stated that significant progress had been made in reducing violence and insecurity along border areas. He said the deployment of armed National Police Reservists had strengthened protection for residents living near vulnerable regions and improved peace in affected communities.

Mbai also pointed to education and youth development projects, saying bursary programs had expanded their reach to more households. He further stated that institutions such as technical and medical colleges had been established to increase educational opportunities and equip young people with skills.

Infrastructure development also featured prominently in his address, with the MP claiming that road projects had improved connectivity and opened up parts of the constituency that had previously remained inaccessible. He also cited the establishment of new administrative units and the construction of additional secondary schools.

According to Mbai, the constituency had also witnessed improved public service delivery through the establishment of a Huduma Centre, which he said had brought essential government services closer to residents and reduced the burden of travelling long distances.

Looking ahead to the next election cycle, Mbai expressed confidence in securing a larger electoral mandate. Citing previous election results and voter statistics, he said he intended to increase his support base in 2027. He concluded his address with strong liberation-themed messaging, presenting himself not only as a political leader but also as a champion of change for the people he serves.
