Kitui West MP Hon. Frederick Kimanga, alongside CECM for Lands and Urban Development, joined residents of Mang’elu village in Katheka to celebrate the retirement of Mr. John Muatha, a respected Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) veteran.
The event was marked with joy and unity as “Generali” Kimanga’s presence added honor and warmth to the community gathering. Residents lauded the leaders for joining in the special occasion and celebrating one of their own.
The CECM was recently crowned best performing CECM nationally by Mizani Africa.
