Kitui women representative hon Dr Irene Kasalu has sounded the alarm after the brutal Kwa Kamari attack in Tseikuru, which left seven dead and forced families from their homes. She is demanding urgent investigations and a rapid security response.
During her visit to the scene, Kasalu took a no-nonsense stance, ordering security agencies to act fast and hunt down those behind the killings. She made it clear: the masterminds of this violence must face the full force of the law.
Kasalu pressed security officers to flood the region with reinforcements, determined to stop any further bloodshed and restore calm. She assured residents that their safety is non-negotiable and that bold steps are underway to bring stability back to Tseikuru.
Standing with the victims, Kasalu delivered humanitarian aid and food supplies to families shattered by the violence, signaling that no one will be left behind as the community begins the long road to recovery.
Kasalu reminded all that the people of Ukambani, like every Kenyan, deserve equal protection and security. She warned that any hint of neglect or marginalization in matters of safety will not be tolerated.
Kasalu further conveyed a message of condolence and support from Kalonzo Musyoka, affirming his solidarity with the victims and their families during this difficult period.
Her visit comes at a time of rising tension, with authorities now under intense pressure to act fast and decisively before the situation spirals further.
