Yatta Kwa Vonza MCA Mark Nding’o on Friday joined the family of Charles at King’atani during the burial ceremony of the late Charles Mutia Kiliku, who passed away last week.
The late Charles Mutia Kiliku, a retired civil servant, was remembered as a humble, hardworking and dedicated leader who served the public with commitment and integrity throughout his career.
Speaking during the funeral service, Hon. Mark Nding’o described the deceased as a man whose life and service to society were worthy of emulation, noting that his contribution to the community and the country would remain unforgettable.
Family members, friends, local leaders and residents who attended the ceremony paid glowing tribute to the late Kiliku, describing him as a respected elder who valued unity, wisdom and community development.
The burial ceremony brought together mourners from across the region to celebrate the life and legacy of a man many termed as a role model to the younger generation.
