Yatta Health Centre to Benefit From New Perimeter Wall
Residents of Kiusyani are set to benefit from improved security and better healthcare services after the official site handover for the construction of a perimeter wall at Yatta Health Centre.
On Tuesday afternoon, Yatta Kwa Vonza Member of County Assembly Mark Ndingo officiated the handover ceremony, marking the beginning of the project at the health facility.
Speaking during the event, the MCA noted that the perimeter wall will help enhance security at the health centre, protect public property, and create a safer environment for patients, staff, and the surrounding community.
The project is being funded by the County Government of Kitui under the leadership of Governor Julius Malombe as part of ongoing efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure across the county.
Residents welcomed the initiative, saying the project will boost service delivery and improve the overall condition of the health facility.
