Kisasi Ward Member of County Assembly Hon. Nicholas Mutemi on Tuesday intensified his grassroots service delivery agenda after launching a Huduma Mashinani outreach program in Mosa Village aimed at bringing essential government services closer to the people.
The initiative attracted a large number of residents who turned up to access various government services, including issuance of national identity cards, police abstracts, voter registration, and other key public services.

Speaking during the exercise, Hon. Mutemi said the Huduma Mashinani forums are meant to ease the burden on wananchi who are often forced to travel long distances in search of government services.
The MCA noted that many residents, especially youths and vulnerable families, have greatly benefited from the ongoing outreach programs that continue to be held across different parts of Kisasi Ward.
Residents who attended the event praised the initiative, saying it has helped save time and transport costs while improving access to important government documentation and services.
Hon. Mutemi has continued to champion people-centered leadership through regular grassroots engagements and development programs aimed at improving the welfare of Kisasi residents.
