Supporters of Hon. Rev. Wilson Muange Musyoka have intensified calls for leadership change in Kitui East Constituency ahead of the 2027 General Election, describing him as a leader committed to justice, equity, accountability, and service to the people.
In a statement issued by his supporters, Muange was praised for his dedication to championing the interests of ordinary citizens and advocating for fair and equitable distribution of resources and services.
The supporters argued that true leadership is anchored on sacrifice, integrity, and the desire to positively transform society, rather than personal gain and political expediency. They noted that while many politicians view politics as a platform for personal advancement, a few leaders prioritize humanity, dignity, and service delivery.
According to the statement, Kitui East has experienced periods of stagnation and underdevelopment due to what they termed as poor leadership choices made during previous election cycles. They expressed confidence that the 2027 elections present an opportunity for residents to chart a new course and embrace transformative leadership.
The group further stated that Hon. Rev. Wilson Muange Musyoka’s leadership agenda is founded on the principles of accountability, transparency, and integrity, which they believe are essential for accelerating development and improving the welfare of residents across the constituency.
As political activities gradually gain momentum ahead of the 2027 polls, Muange’s supporters have continued to mobilize residents, urging them to support his bid for the Kitui East parliamentary seat.
