Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetangula is currently hosting more than 1,000 elders, opinion leaders, women, youth, and key stakeholders from Webuye East at his Bungoma home in a major consultative and unity meeting.
The high-profile gathering has brought together political, community, and grassroots leaders from across Bungoma County in what observers view as an important political and development engagement aimed at strengthening regional unity and charting the area’s future agenda.
Among the leaders in attendance are Webuye East MP Martin Pepela, Senate Chief Whip and Bungoma Senator Wafula Wakoli, Bungoma Woman Representative Catherine Wambilianga, Hon. Mwambu Mabonga, Bungoma County Assembly Speaker Emmanuel Situma, Members of County Assembly, and several other distinguished leaders.
