Kitui Central MP and incoming Kitui Governor 2027 aspirant, Hon. Dr. Makali Mulu, CBS, today commissioned a series of transformative education development projects in Kyangwithya West Ward.
The projects include:
- Rehabilitation of 12 classrooms at Ivovoa Primary School
- Rehabilitation of 10 classrooms at Kwa Maingi Primary School
- Construction of a modern science laboratory at St. Charles Lwanga Secondary School
Speaking during the handover ceremonies, Dr. Mulu emphasized the importance of investing in quality education as the cornerstone of meaningful development.
โWe are transforming education, one project at a time. A better learning environment means better outcomes for our children and a brighter future for Kitui,โ he said.
He was accompanied by Hon. Christopher Nzilu, MCA for the area, who lauded the MPโs continued commitment to education and grassroots development.
The projects were funded through the Kitui Central NG-CDF, reflecting Dr. Mulu’s pledge to prioritize education and infrastructure ahead of his 2027 gubernatorial bid.
